When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or WhatsApp Business number to your DotNet ERP workspace, we receive and store: (a) the Page or account ID, name, and profile photo; (b) access tokens issued by Meta for the connected accounts; (c) inbound messages and attachments customers send to your connected accounts so authorized employees can view and reply from the Channels Inbox; and (d) outbound replies you send through the Inbox. This Meta platform data is used only to power the customer-service inbox, social-post publishing, and analytics features inside your DotNet ERP workspace. We do not share Meta platform data with third parties for advertising, model training, or resale, and we do not retain it longer than necessary for those features. You may disconnect a Meta-linked account at any time from Channels → Accounts, which revokes our access token and triggers deletion of the stored tokens and conversation history for that account within 30 days.
